I'm Dale Edgar, Principal GIS Consultant. I started HD Mapping in 2018 making maps and running spatial analysis. The work grew. Today most of it is enterprise GIS, web and mobile apps, Python automation, data integration and environmental permitting analysis. Mapping is the base. The work goes well past it.
HD stands for high definition: clear data, accurate maps, no guesswork. It is also my first and middle initials.
I bring 20+ years of GIS experience across utilities, environmental services, transportation, aviation and local government, including utility CMMS implementations, asset management systems, and custom GIS apps and dashboards. You work with me directly. I document what I build and train your staff to run it.
Based in Tampa, serving all of Florida and clients nationwide. Hillsborough County Small Business Enterprise (SBE registration pending).
